Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: May 10, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to QuickCarInsure. By accessing our website and using our short-term car insurance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility for Cover

To apply for temporary car insurance through our platform, you must:

  • Be aged between 17 and 75 years.
  • Hold a valid UK, EU, or EEA driving licence.
  • Have a permanent UK address.
  • Not be disqualified from driving or have pending prosecutions.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the quote process (VRN, Date of Birth, Licence details) is 100% accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in your insurance being void and could lead to criminal prosecution.

4. Digital Policy Delivery

QuickCarInsure provides a digital service. Once payment is successfully processed, your legal Certificate of Motor Insurance is generated and delivered instantly via email. It is your responsibility to check your inbox (including junk/spam folders) for these documents.

5. Cancellations & Strictly Non-Refundable Policy

Unlike annual insurance policies that carry a 14-day statutory cooling-off period, short-term and temporary motor insurance policies (of less than one month) are legally exempt from these standard cancellation rights under UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.

Digital Goods Acknowledgment: Because our product is a digitally delivered service and cover begins immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. By proceeding with payment, you explicitly consent to the immediate start of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel or request a refund.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you file an unjustified chargeback or dispute via your bank or PayPal (e.g., claiming "Item Not Received" despite our digital logs showing successful email delivery), QuickCarInsure will present these Terms & Conditions alongside our server logs to the payment provider. We reserve the right to immediately cancel the active policy on the Motor Insurance Database (MID) in the event of a dispute.

7. Regulation

QuickCarInsure acts as an introducer to Aviva Insurance Limited. All insurance business is subject to the rules and regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
